The participant limit in your package represents the total number of people you can analyze throughout the year. If you exceed this number, you can upgrade to a higher package or purchase additional participant rights.

You can assign unlimited tests to each participant. The credit system continues to work on a one report one credit basis.

Yes. If you need 500+ participants, white-label, custom domain usage or custom integration, we can prepare a special Enterprise offer for you.

Your license is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the end of the period, you can benefit from advantageous renewal options while preserving your existing user data.

Of course. It is possible to purchase additional credits (participant rights) or additional modules/tests according to your needs during the year. Our sales team will be happy to offer you a special quote.

Standard technical support is provided in all packages. Professional and Corporate packages also include priority support and platform usage training.

TestEd platform is fully compliant with KVKK and GDPR standards. All user data is stored encrypted in a secure cloud infrastructure and can only be accessed by authorized users.

Payments are made annually. Corporate invoices are issued; all items are invoiced in detail with or without VAT.

If you want to purchase additional credits to reach more users, you only pay the price difference between packages.

• 200 participants Professional Package: 55,000 TL
• 300 participants Professional Package: 67,000 TL
• Amount to be paid for 100 additional credits: 12,000 TL

Note: Purchasing additional credits does not change the annual license period. All rights must be used within the current year.
